NOTE: Fire Roasted Coffee is only roasted on Fridays, due to the high level of effort and time it takes. Therefore, if none is already made when you place your order, it will be fulfilled on the following Friday. 
Before modern coffee roasters, coffee was often roasted by hand over direct heat in cast iron. The Forge is our modern interpretation of that traditional craft—carefully roasted by hand in a proprietary, custom-built cast iron roaster over a live flame to create a cup unlike anything else in our lineup.
The naturally uneven roast is intentional. Darker beans develop rich oils and subtle smoky character, while the medium-roasted beans preserve the coffee’s deep chocolate sweetness and complexity. Together, they create a bold, full-bodies, balanced cup with a rustic finish that can’t be replicated in a conventional roaster.

Available exclusively in 12 oz whole bean bags. We recommend grinding immediately before brewing to experience the full character of this traditional fire-roasted coffee and its rich, handcrafted flavor. We only offer this specific one as a whole bean product for that reason.
