Our Commitment to Quality

We're passionate about providing you with the freshest, highest-quality roasted coffee. We carefully source our beans, meticulously roast them in small batches, and package them to preserve their flavor and aroma. We are confident you'll love our coffee!

Due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee and the subjective nature of taste preferences, we do not offer refunds or returns on any coffee purchases.

Once an order has been roasted and shipped, it cannot be returned or refunded.

We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. Here are some circumstances and our remedies:

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive damaged or incorrect items in your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your shipment at theboarsrocktradingco@gmail.com with photos of the damaged or incorrect items and your order number. We will gladly investigate and, if the error is on our side, will replace the damaged or incorrect items free of charge. We may ask you to return the incorrect items to us.


Shipping Issues: While we are not responsible for delays or damage caused by the shipping carrier, if you experience a significant shipping issue (e.g., lost package), please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the matter with the carrier.


Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled up to 12 hours after being placed. After 12hours, your order is finalized and can no longer be cancelled.
Other Issues: If you have any other questions or concerns about your order, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist you.


Why This Policy?

Freshness: Coffee is best consumed fresh. Once it leaves our roastery, we can't guarantee its optimal quality after it's been in transit and potentially stored elsewhere.


Subjective Taste: Coffee preferences are highly personal. What one person loves, another may not. We encourage you to try small quantities of new coffees before committing to larger bags. We also encourage you to contact us for tasting notes and other factors that contribute to the flavor profile of our coffees before placing an order.
