Bean
100% Guatemalan Arabica, grown by smallholder farmers in the highlands of Cubulco, Baja Verapaz. Cultivated at elevations of 1,600–1,800 meters and carefully selected from multiple family farms, this washed coffee showcases the classic balance and sweetness that make Guatemalan coffees so distinctive.
Roast Profile
Medium roast, developed to emphasize the coffee's rich chocolate sweetness, brown sugar complexity, and smooth, balanced finish while preserving its gentle fruit character.
Flavor Notes
Milk chocolate, brown sugar, crisp apple, and dried fruit.
Body & Finish
Medium body with a smooth, silky mouthfeel, balanced acidity, and a clean finish that lingers with notes of milk chocolate, caramelized brown sugar, and a subtle combination of crisp apple and dried fruit sweetness.
Overall Character
A classic Guatemalan single-origin coffee with remarkable balance and everyday drinkability. Rich milk chocolate and brown sugar provide a sweet, comforting foundation, while delicate apple brightness and hints of dried fruit add just enough complexity to keep each sip engaging. The result is a refined, well-rounded cup that highlights the clean character and exceptional quality of the Cubulco region.
