Medium roast, crafted to highlight the coffee’s naturally rich chocolate sweetness while preserving the smooth, balanced character of its origin.
Flavor Notes
Milk chocolate, toasted almond, vanilla, and crisp red apple.
Body & Finish
Medium body with a silky mouthfeel, bright but balanced acidity, and a clean finish that lingers with strong notes of milk chocolate, toasted almond, vanilla, and a very subtle touch of red apple.
Overall Character
A smooth, approachable single-origin coffee with exceptional balance. Layers of milk chocolate and toasted almond create a comforting foundation, while vanilla adds sweetness and crisp red apple provides a gentle brightness. The result is a clean, refined cup that showcases the quality and character of this organically grown Honduran coffee.
