About our Coffee:

altitude, soil, rainfall, and even the amount of sunlight all contribute to each bean’s unique character. Higher elevations often produce denser beans with complex, vibrant flavors, while lower-altitude beans may be fuller-bodied and mellow.

At the boar's rock, we believe coffee is at its best when brewed fresh from freshly ground beans. we always recommend Grinding your coffee just before brewing, as it unlocks the full aroma and flavor, giving each cup a bright, lively taste that pre-ground coffee just can’t match. ​​​​​
